This past weekend I made Sweetpea’s cornbread sandwhich with the cashew mayo. Between the bread I used sliced avocado, sliced tomatoes and some mesculin leaves. It was delicious! Even my husband who’s so difficult to please with raw food totally loved it!! Thanks Sweetpea!

Hands down my favorite recipe is Curry in a Hurry, every time I have kale it's the first thing I think of.
