Ingredients
3 cup baby lettuces
1 cup watercress, stems removed
1 pink grapefruit
1 avacado, cubed
1 red papaya, peeled and cut in half
1 red onion, cut into thin rings
5 tablespoon olive oil
5 teaspoon lemon juice
5 teaspoon orange juice
½ tablespoon honey/agave
½ teaspoon sea salt
whole seeds from the red papaya
freshly ground black pepper
Recipe Directions
Alrighty, so… combine the salad ingredients (baby lettuce thru red onion). I just cubed the papaya, and left the grapefruit in wedges. The rest of the ingredients are the vinaigrette, so just wisk those together and pour over the salad. YUM!
