I made this mixture into sweeties because I was after a quick fix. But I imagine it could be delicious as the base for a pie maybe. You can change the measurements to suit yourself. I may have added slightly more/less here and there. And I also rolled these in more cacao.

you use coconut oil, right? coconut butter is actually made out of coconut meat, and the oil is just oil. just curious. looks delish.

hi megan the vegan...ha love it! thank you, i just saw your pecan oatmeal :) i've been making ray's apple cinnamon porridge A LOT with almond milk leftovers so it will be so good to try a different combination. mmmbanana beautiful!
i seem to use these petit four cases too much...i've been hardcore with sweets and nuts recently....it's so cold here :D

not only do these look BEAUTIFUL, but I love that I can make almond milk and then use the leftover pulp to make THESE!!! Talk about conserving my waste :) Awesome. Thanks!!
