All veggies! I put all flowers on skewers covered with floral tape just up to the flower part. I built up a few layers of tape under the flower to prevent sliding,but you can use a slice of carrot to prevent this. I plan on experimenting with skewers dyed with green juice when I have time. How neat! This weekend after I helped out at an Edible Arrangements for Mother's Day, I came home and I was trying to think of a way to get veggies to be as pretty as the fruit... what a creative idea! I love the broccoli as the leaves - and the little buds! Teehee!
