1 hungry person i just had this today and it was so delicious i had to share (:
Ingredients:
2 clementines or 1 orange
1/2 cup cherries
chopped baby carrots
2 sliced cucumbers
a lot of spinach
all more or less to your liking, of course.
Preparation:
first put down your first layer of spinach, then add a little of each other ingredient.
squeeze one to two pieces of clementine or orange over the layer.
repeat until youve piled your salad as high as you want it.
