Ingredients
2 clementines or 1 orange
1/2 cup cherries
chopped baby carrots
2 sliced cucumbers
a lot of spinach
all more or less to your liking, of course.
Recipe Directions
first put down your first layer of spinach, then add a little of each other ingredient.
squeeze one to two pieces of clementine or orange over the layer.
repeat until youve piled your salad as high as you want it.

Looks wonderful! I love the addition of sweet and chewy textures to salads. the cherries would make a nice alternative to dried sweetened cranberries.
