Servings:
Makes 4-5 cupsNew to the raw diet, but I've been loving this.
I like it on romaine or with avocados, or alone.
Ingredients:
5 small tomatoes
1 small white onion
1 jalapeno
1 bunch of
cilantro
4 garlic cloves
1 cucumber
lemon or lime juice (optional)
salt
pepper
chili flakes (optional)
Preparation:
Finely dice everything, add salt, pepper and chili flakes if you like it spicy.
Refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavours
blend.
Top with lemon or lime juice before serving if desired.
