Ingredients
3 large tomatoes
½ red onion
1 mango
1 avocado
2 ears of corn
1 clove garlic
1 green chile
1 bunch of cilantro
lime
cumin
course ground pepper
salt
Recipe Directions
Chop tomato, onion, mango & avocado. Stir together.
Cut kernels from the cob; add & stir.
Mince garlic, chile & cilantro; add & stir.
Squeeze in the juice of the lime.
Sprinkle with cumin, salt & pepper to taste.
Stir.
Let chill for a bit for flavors to meld.

Great idea! The sweet and spicy will compliment the avocados well. What a colorful photo, too.
