I made this cake today and it turned out very delicious! I like it, because it’s not all nuts, like in a lot of recepies.
If you like you can add some raisins to the batter of the cake, but I didn’t have that, so I omitted. You can decorate the cake with grated coconut, raisins, bananas or any seeds.
1 cup sprouted buckwheat
½ cup soaked sunflower seeds
½ cup ground flaxseeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 sweet apples
2 tablespoon raw honey
¼ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup ground sunflower seeds
Blend the first five ingredients, this will be the base of the cake.
For the cream blend together the apples, honey, vanilla, avocado, and sunflower seeds.
Arrange the base in any shape you want on a plate or cake mould.
Spread the cream on top of the base, and chill for about 20 minutes and serve.
It can be done with a food processor as well, but mine will arrive next week.
