I dont know really how to describe this, but it was better than when I cooked Quiona. Sort of a mish-mash of veggies with the quiona sticking to it all.

This looks really good and nutritious. Do you have any special technique to sprouting and rinsing it since the seeds are so small?

Firstly I learnt the hard way to really rinse the quinoa exceptionally well before soaking and sprouting (I was sick :-)). Other than that I managed to sprout it in my usual jar. The seeds get a fair bit bigger when they are soaked so they dont fall through the mesh. They do tend to stick to everything though once they are soaked!
