Ingredients
2 cup walnuts (soaked)
1 cup pine nuts
½ cup parsley
3 tablespoon miso
1 clove garlic
1 lemon (juiced)
1 dash cayenne
Spinach
Recipe Directions
1. Make your favorite seed/nut pate/cheese and scoop onto a leaf of spinach.
2. Top with another leaf of spinach, push together lightly and throw on dehydrator sheet without T-Flex. Make a bunch because they go quickly!
3. Dehydrate till crispy. Tastes good on their own and also with a dip.

Curried almond mayo goes well in this recipe instead of the pate listed here.

this sounds really yummie, but i have a few questions, at what temp. is the dehydrator at? and what should be crispy? the filling? .. also im guessing that u put it in a food processor so do u process 'till its smooth like a pate or a little bit chunky? thanx!
