Tabouli has been a traditional East Mediteranean (Lebanon, Syria, Palestine) salad for thousands of years. To make it completely raw I took out the chopped bulgar wheat and added shelled hemp seeds with an optional spice kick of cayenne pepper. I love it and hope you do too.

Yes, they are virtually the same thing taste wise... just make sure the sea salt is good quality (Celtic sea salt is probably your best bet)
