Serves 2-3

Ingredients
1½ cup Thai coconut water
1½ cup Pure water
½ yellow onion, rough chop
2 garlic cloves, peeled
½ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup Nama shoyu or Braggs Liq Aminos
Recipe Directions
In blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl. Using ladle, remove and discard any foam that rises to the top.

This is a great soup, especially if you're ever under the weather (which I know doesn't happen to many raw foodies) but nonetheless, thought I'd mention.
