I’ve had that problem too.
You can definitely use a raw oil to grease your trays (sometimes I have to do that), use coconut oil or olive oil, those are the ones that I think would be good for greasing.
Make sure you use the right trays for the right recipe, the holey rack might be good for some and worse for others.
I use parcnment paper and haven’t had that problem. It may be a good alternative for you too.
