Haven’t posted the recipe yet, but am planning to later as time allows…until then, one of my favorite snacks is zuchini chips:
soak sliced zuchini in a mix of Namu Shoyu (soy sauce), lime juice, and water to cover the zuchini. Let “marinade” for 2 hours. Put “chips” on teflex sheets and dehydrate for 5 hours on one side, and then remove teflex and put chips directly on dehydrater tray for another few hours until the chips are crispy. SUPER TASTY! This is what I use when I get the occassional craving for potato chips. Jicama works well for this recipe too!

My favourite is to dehydrate mushrooms, in big chunks or whole. Then marinade them in water, salt and a touch of sage. They taste like meat! and can be dehydrated once more after the marinade if you want crunchy meaty bits to snack on, or for your pizza.
