Harmonylia's Thoughts
By harmonyliaSmooth, creamy, mildly sweet flavor full of everything healthy. The combination of ingredients leaves the drink striated with white and purple. I took the picture after a sip so there’s a bit on the glass. The draw back, as my little ones say, it’s just SO green.

i think a better alternative to spinach that would not rob this "green giant" of it's super-antioxidant qualities would either be broccoli or cabbage: chock full of nutrients minus the harmful oxalic acids

I added a small knob of ginger and it was so good. Wonderful and filling for one person.

Oooh, I never thought of ginger, but that would definitely put some pizazz in there! Great idea!
