Ingredients
1 cup macadamias, cashews or almonds or a mix of all, soak a 6 hours
water/ olive oil to blend
2 chipotle peppers ( i know they arent raw, but its such a small part of the recipie)
salt to taste
soaked sun driend tomatoes
Recipe Directions
blend all and serve as a dip or thinout with more liquid for a dressing

my fav way to use it is to chop up some avos and fresh tomato and drizzle this sauce over it. its a quick fix for my mexican food cravings. or u could use this as a dip for carrots or raw crackers.

At Quintessence in New York they put a kind of chipotle sauce into a nori roll with some sort of almond pate and fresh vegetables. It's truly amazing.

they are smoked and i guess that cooks them ( this is what i read from rawchefblog.com in the chipotle kale recipie), i love the taste and use them anyway
