Ingredients
1 small beet
4 bananas (frozen)
1 ripe pear
1 leaf romaine lettuce
Handful of spinach
Handful of parsley
Sprig of mint
1/3 cup almond milk (or to desired consistency)
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
3 teaspoons carob powder
Dash of cayenne
Recipe Directions
1. Throw it all in your high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Red Velvet Green Smoothie
I saw your recipe last week and finally got a chance to try it earlier today. I thought it was great and I added a bit of wheatgrass juice powder to the mix because I do that with most of my green smoothies. Husband liked it too! :)
