I have Juliano's cookbook, and have only tried a few things, this one sounded not so appealing but when i made it , it was great! having the leftovers for lunch....

Mmm this is so ironic... just last night I was drooling remembering this purple cabbage slaw I used to LOVE, but I never knew how to make it (was at a restaurant) and I'm pretty sure it had massive amounts of sugar anyway. I'll be glad to try this :)
