Serves 2Truly this has a moist, warm pudding texture just like the real pudding cake. I must say that this is one of those recipes that has to be a rare treat, even for raw…but it certainly tastes amazing.
Strawberry Mousse

3-4 servingsAn easy one when you have too many strawberries!!!! This is adapted from many raw strawberry cream pie recipes. The original pie recipe comes from The Complete Book of Raw Food and the recipe is by Kari Clingo. You may sub any sweetener of choice. If the berries are really sweet, I’ve completely left out the dates and it’s great.
