When I took a bite of these cucumbers, I couldn’t believe how good they were.
I especially like this pickle recipe because it does NOT use vinegar, an amylase (enzyme) inhibitor. Although, apple cider vinegar has its benefits. Fresh dill could be used.
As with any recipe that uses lemons, make sure the lemons taste ‘right’ or taste good. Lemons can make or ‘break’ a recipe.
Pineapple gives this smoothie an attitude. This is a tangy, sweet way to drink those greens. The lemon rind masks the after taste of the greens.
What a way to start your day! This is so delicious and healthy, not to mention the wrinkle and brain boost.
I am alway craving dark yummy chocolate but am diabetic so I have to experiment… This one is wonderful!!! But use you own judgement on measurements… As we all have our preferences… I use only Yacon as it has a low glycemic index… The cinnamon stablizes blood sugar and doesn’t really add any flavor…I used the food processor instead of the blender for the crust and a mixing bowl for the filling… A photo later…
This recipe was inspired by kandace’s hummus, also posted at goneraw. The parsley adds a lot of flavor.
