so this Salad was inspired by the rawfoods inspiration blog. its an AMAZING asian waldorf salad but i tweaked it since i really hate how every salad recipe i find is LOADED with fatty oils etc.
dont get me wrong, i love my fats, but sometimes you just need a fresh fruity salad.

Packing a powerful calcium and taste punch, this recipe makes a delicious dish of marinaded broccoli smothered in a creamy and cheesy sauce. This is my version of Julie Morris's awesome broccoli cheese bowl recipe (http://www.juliemorris.net/).
This recipe uses collard leaves for wrapping up vegetables, such as spinach, zucchini, black olives, and avocado, with a delicious Red Pepper Hummus.

note: this ain't no sorbet, this is a seriously creamy ice cream.
Raw vegan ice cream is amazingly delicious, but it's hard to find a raw one that doesn't freeze solid when put in the freezer. One of the many great things about this ice cream is that it remains creamy and not overly frozen even after being in the freezer for a couple of days; just like real ice cream!
