Wild Rice Salad

Adapted from the LifeFood Recipe Book by Annie and David Jubb.- Apparently this was not the recipe to post. David Jubb’s book said Canadian Wild rice harvested by the Manitok, which is actually grass seed. Is it really raw? I don’t know.
