Zucchini & Avocado Dip
The flavour of this dip reminds me of Mucver (pronounced MOOSH-vair), the zucchini fritters often served in a mixed vegetarian kebab or as an entree in Turkish restaurants.
Perfect with celery sticks, cucumber slices or flax crackers, delicious with salad stuffed into a large leaf of romaine and great on their own as a soup if you add a little extra water.
Beetroot Dip
This was once a favourite of mine in vege kebabs. The traditional version sometimes has yoghurt which I have substituted here with brazil nuts although you could easily use cashews or macadamias or omit them all together if you are looking for a nut free version.

Mango Apricot Guacamole
This is my FIRST raw recipe! Today I was really craving guacamole, so I whiped this together in about 10 min, maybe less. I just looked around the kitchen to see what I had and, voilą!! I am eating it and making a mess of it as I type!
Sweet Mango Salsa
Delicious Sweet Mango Salsa that will go on anything! Despite the jalepeno, this salsa is very light and sweet and has only a little spicy after taste. Because of the colors of the tomatoes, it looks bright and summer-y! Makes a great dip for veggies or bring to a party for an appetizer!
Radish Garlic Tahini Dip
I had to use up some things in the fridge and came up with a deliciously creamy dip with quite a bite! I used it as a base for lettuce wraps and topped it with black beans, sliced yellow pepper, sliced mushrooms, radishes, and a few pine nuts. So good.
