Rejuvelac
This is the mother of all drinks, loaded with enzymes and you can make 1/2 gallon with $.25 worth of ingredients. If you get hungry an hour after you drink a smoothie, just start sipping some rejuvelac. It will fill you up and give you a buzz. Bonus—The rejuvelac can be used to make seed cheese and other cheeses and yogurts.
Splueberriness
Yummy sweet green power drink. Spinach and blueberries go very well together I think :)
Green Dream
Recently I’ve been making juices basing on either cucumbers or zucchinis (squash). I find them to be mellow in flavour and blend well with other fruits and veggies. I don’t peel the green rind off though, and it gives the juice a lovely green colouring.
Root Beer in the Raw
This is my “in progress” version of raw Root Beer. I will adding other ingredients in the future to get even a better root-y taste but this turned out pretty tasty!
NOTE: This recipe is for home use only. My bf and I sell this for our raw food home business so this is not for commerical sale use! Please respect that! ;)
Tasty Vitamineral Water
I’ve been trying to figure out a simple way to get Vitamineral Greens into my diet, without all the sugar that seems to come along with smoothies—this is a suprisingly pleasant tasting mixture that is easy for me to drink every day!
