Bonus—The rejuvelac can be used to make seed cheese and other cheeses and yogurts.
Recently I’ve been making juices basing on either cucumbers or zucchinis (squash). I find them to be mellow in flavour and blend well with other fruits and veggies. I don’t peel the green rind off though, and it gives the juice a lovely green colouring.
