This shake was so flavorful and refreshing. A great way to use up the raw ice cream I made (Heidi Ohlunder’s recipe). It’s easy to make too.
This is a very sweet and delicious treat to have. I love making Heidi Ohlunder’s basic raw Vanilla Iced Cream to eat, and it tastes great in this shake! But you could use any raw Vanilla Iced Cream recipe available. I used fresh fruits and frozen cashew milk, but you can get similar results with fresh milk and one or more frozen fruits. A great base for adding milder superfoods or supplements.
