16Remember Crispy Chocolate Bars? Or Mr. Krispers? Something like that. Well this recipe I came up with reminds me of that. Simple, quick, and gives you Omega-3s, MCTs, and antioxidants. My version is low-sugar as well, but I'm sure you could use agave, date syrup, or some other raw sweetener if you prefer.
Chocolate Chia Shake

1I wanted a Chocolate shake with nothing in it to taint the flavor of chocolate. I also hadn't had my chia seeds for the day. Gotta get in those omega-3s! This is what I came up with. Simple and Yuuuum. : )
