Tiger Milk

2 Yum Lovers!

YUMMEE!

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces purified water
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon cinamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • vanilla bean or small dash vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons agave, honey or other sweetener

Preparation

blend all in vitamix- i added a cup of ice- pour over cereal or drink as is. YEUMM!

In ‘Live Food Bar’ in Toronto they have a smoothie called Tiger milk, and it’s cinnamon carob… I think any milk base, but either almond or hemp. This sounds yummy. How did you come up with the name?

i would imagine this would taste wonderful, seeing as almond milk and cinnamon go AMAZING together. i need to buy myself some cashews.

Sorry, new to this and clicked too soon… My 6 year old say the name and immediately wated some. It was delicious!! He’s used to smoothies, so I may make if a little thincker next time, butit was very tasty. Thanks for sharing it! 9I;m not sure how to leave a rating yet, but I’ll make time to figure it out soon.
