I made this this morning and man, it's delicious!

Ingredients:

Add-a-peach Green Smoothie:

1 large handful of baby spinach
1 frozen banana
1 piece fresh ginger (I like ginger a lot, so I added a 3cm long piece)
1 ripe peach
1 cup almond milk (can use coconut water, or water also)^

Preparation:

* blend all ingredients in blender. Enjoy.
* makes 2 very full cups/mugs of smoothie

^to make almond milk . Add 2 cups of soaked almonds to 6 cups of water to a blender. Blend on high speed. Filter the liquid. There you have your almond milk.
This yields 1.5 liters of almonds milk, which keeps well in the fridge for quite a few days. However, you can always reduce almods and water to a smaller amount.
You can reserve the nut pulp for raw cakes, desserts, pates, or any other recipe requiring almonds.
