Yum Yum Salad

One day after school, I was hungry, but didn’t feel like making anything so I threw this together. It’s so easy and has things that I always have in the house. It reminds me of a chinese salad my aunt use to make when I was younger.
Ingredients:
Mixed Greens, Rinsed
Walnut Butter
Grapes
Cucumber, Sliced and
quartered
Leeks
Vineger
Agave
Raw oil of your choice
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the greens, walnut butter, grapes, cucumber, and leek. In a seperate container, mix vineger, oil, and agave. This will be the dressing. I usually use twice as much vineger as oil and a tablespoon or two of the agave, but it all depends on your taste.
