*yam-my hokkaido soup*
orange-coloured soup themed “eating for the svadhisthana”
½ small hokkaido
1 small sweet potato
2 medium tomatoes
1 orange (with zests)
1 peace ginger
1 teaspoon himalayan salt
fresh ground pepper
1 peace fresh yellow chili totaste
5 leaves fresh stevia (or another sweetener)
some pumpkin seeds
sprinkle pumpkin seedoil
put all the ingredients (except cress, pumpkin seeds and their oil) into a high speed blender and blend until slightly warm. add water to your preferred consistency.
decorate with the remaining ingredients.
the impressive taste of the pumpkin seed oil really pimps this dish. ENJOY
