Watermelon Tomato Gazpacho

4 bowlsThis is one of the most refreshing things i’ve ever eaten. It blew me away. It is the best Raw recipe i have “not cooked” so far. Not to mention how easy it is to make! This recipe is from Raw Food, Real World. Don’t tell me you won’t be sitting on the porch eating this! :)
Ingredients:
3 cup Watermelon, pureed
1 cup Watermelon, diced small
1 cup Tomato, diced
small
1 cup Cucumber, peeled, diced small
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 handful cilantro, minced
½ cup Red or green pepper, diced
small
1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
½ small jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 green onion, chopped
1 teaspoon sea
salt
fresh black pepper
Preparation:
Make the watermelon puree in the blender. Then pour everything into a giant bowl!

Hey tried this and it's great. The tomatoes are actually a fruit so it's not too bad. I didn't have any trouble either and usually when I don't combine my foods well I do. So here's to a great recipe. Thank you.

I figured it would bother some people but i haven't had any problems so i indulge a little.. ;)

This sounds great however, I try to do proper food combining and melons are to be eaten alone.
