Tommie's Salsa
(5 votes)
This quick salsa can be mixed and served with romaine leaves or as a soup. Thanks to Tommie for sharing this recipe!
Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes, peeled
1 small red sweet pepper
½ jalepeno, or to
taste
½ medium red sweet onion
1 small garlic clove
handful cilantro
sea salt, to taste
Preparation:
Mix together.
Tommie says: I increase all the ingredients to make lots more and leave out the
salt. Then I stick my face in it and PIG OUT! If I want something rich and I haven’t had any nuts or seeds, I chop up an avocado and add it. DEE-lish! Another good addition is diced cucumber.

Can't believe no-one commented on this one yet! I just made this with coriander as I can't get Cilantro here, and I added half an avocado and a bit of cucumber. It is fantastic, and the coriander with the avocado was real tasty. I did not feel I needed any salt, so I left it out. I ate this just as a salad/salsa, on its own!
