Tomato Basil Soup

Servings:
Serves 1-2An easy soup for everyday!
Ingredients:
6 tomatos
1 avocado
6 basil leaves
1 celery
stalk
3 cloves garlic
1 juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon Nama Shoya or Braggs
salt and pepper
dash
cayanne
dash oregano
Preparation:
Chop tomatoes and celery. Add everything except avocado, cayenne, salt and pepper. Blend in blender or processor till chunky but blended well. Add avocado and blend again but keep a nice texture – not too smooth! Top with cayenne, salt and pepper.

I find celery has a more salty taste than tomatoes,but it does sound good.I will probably cut back on the garlic.

I'm glad everyone likes it! I did make a tiny mistake though. I EITHER put in the Braggs OR do the sea salt - I don't do both! Oh, well, everyone seems to have figured that out.

This tastes great! I even halved the recipe, added one green onion and left out the braggs and mmmmmmmmm so nummy!

I'm going to try this today! I ran out of my raw tahini that I use to make the "cream" in my tomatoe-basil soup BUT I have 3 over-ripe avocados! Thank you!

I can tell I will love this, Since I'm not using salt anymore, I'll leave it (and the Braggs) out of the recipe, I'm finding tomatoes have their own salty taste..
