Mmmmmm, I have this little awful thing I do where I stuff the dates with homemade tahini and eat them, this would be the absolute best then roll it with the coconut or OMG maybe chocolate! Great idea ItGirl thanks!

These would be good stuffed with a soaked almond or rolled in shredded coconut.
