A simple and tantalizing dressing; delicious

Ingredients:

1 Avocado
10 dates (soaked) {save soak water}
1/2 cu. Sprouted Mustard Seeds

Preparation:

Put dates, sprouts and some soak water in the blender and blend til smooth; add the avocado, blend, add as much soak water til you get the desired consistency.
Pour over greens or any other vegetable or sprouted grains and enjoy!!!

*Variation: blend with less water until thick and creamy, serve in a dish with sprinkled flax meal on top- makes a delicious pudding!!! The sweet and spicy are in perfect harmony!!

I actually just happened upon Brown Mustard Seeds in a bulk bin at the local grocers Natural Foods section- they have a great bite to them, I actually ate half of them before deciding to make something out of them, WONDERFUL!!!

2. I never thought of sprouting

I never thought of sprouting mustard seeds, that is a great idea if it has a nice bite to it like mustard does.
Do you buy special mustard seeds for sprouting?
