Strawberry Shortcake

1 servingBought some strawberries and tossed this one off. Yes indeedie
Ingredients:
1 or more handful of nuts, ground to a powder
a few or more strawberries
pinch
salt
agave nectar, to taste
dried goji berries
2 strawberries, sliced
Preparation:
Process first four ingredients into a smooth paste.
Mix in some Goji berries for a little texture.
Put the paste in a bowl and smooth it out with a rubber spatula
Top with the sliced strawberries.
Cover with plastic or foil and put in fridge to set (I put it in the freezer for an hour).
Eat up!! Yum
