Strawberry Kiwi Pudding

This was originally supposed to be Alissa Cohen’s lemon pudding, but I wasn’t big on the citrus thing, so I adapted it into this much more delicious pudding or fruit dip!
Ingredients:
1 avocado
3 dates, pitted and soaked
1 kiwi, skinned
5
strawberries
1 apple, cut and cored
Preparation:
Blend avocado and dates in a food processor. Add kiwi and strawberries and process until smooth. Cut up the apple into sections and dip in the pudding.

I think I do too. At the rate raw eats blades, how can you go wrong with a $10 piece? I like this dip with stevia instead of dates. Recently I got a cinnamon mill, so try it with some cinnamon in it. Mmmmm.
