2 cup fresh pinapple, chopped 1 tablespoon ginger , minced 2 handgulls arugula

Oh man I am out of it today! I knocked the enter button before I was finished writing down my recipe! Simply, throw all this stuff into a blender with some water and blend! Enjoy.
