Rawbena

It tastes like ribena to me?!
Ingredients:
1 carrots
3 sticks celery
2 green (granny smith) apples
4 large beetroots, or 3 small ones.
Preparation:
Juice it all, give it a stir, admire the heavenly colour then glug it down, mmm.

Really?! I was doing at least 4 a day when I was drinking this a lot, it just made me feel amazing, but does give strange and interesting colored toilet activities though ;)

Nice! I did read you shouldn't juice more than 1 beet at a time though, because they're such potent detoxifiers. They cause the liver to purge bile and too many beets can make some people sick. But I think I'll try this with just one beet and a few more carrots instead :)

Yeah, that's where I got the idea from. I got one from my local juice bar and have been making it at home every day since!
