i just got a craving for an old favorite combo- cocktale sauce and celery stalks!
for the ketchup:
1 C fresh ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 8-oz. jar sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
dulse, to taste
3 Tbsp Agave nectar
1 tbsp lemon juice
• In a blender, puree all ingredients (including all of the oil in the jar of sundried tomatoes)
6 tablespoons raw ketchup
2 tablespoons horseradish
4 tablespoons lemon juice
kelp to taste
mix well. serve with celery stalks.
This sounds great on raw crabcakes! There is a recipe floating around here somewhere....

I am going to have to save and play around with this recipe, but I LOVE horseradish so it will work.
This and I'm only about 75-80% raw, not vegan so this would work great for some seafood.
