Raspberry & Black Currant Slush

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 1/4 cups sparkling mineral water
2 scoops black crrant sherbet
Preparation:
1. put the raspberries and water into a blender and blend until smooth
2. add sherbet and blend briefly until combined
3. pour
into glasses and top with one small scoop of sherbet and serve
