Quick Hummus with sprouted Chickpeas

I made this yesterday and only a small portion is left :-). It’s very tasty and quick to make.
Ingredients:
sprouted chickpeas (24-36 h)
3 tablespoon Tahini
2 medium onions
2
gralic gloves
sesam oil
Preparation:
Mix alltoghter within a food processor. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
BTW: I am sorry for the missing quantities. I usually make my dishes by intuition.

I'm not sure if it's raw, but I've heard that asafoetida powder helps with gas/bloating associated with legumes etc. So maybe add a pinch of that in (may want to reduce garlic if using asafoetida powder)

I've been eating a lot of this hummus lately, and it's been giving me GAS and BLOATING! Does anyone know a way of making sprouted chickpeas easier to digest? They're cheap and nutritious and I love them, but they don't love me back!

I will try this. I sprouted some chickpeas this week, and now they have little tails, and I didn't know what to do with them next!

@Crisyn: I am sorry. Of course if you add the soaking to the prep time then it's a loooong hummus :-)
Actually I soak chickpeas almost daily. Therefore I only count the immediate prep time...

I would add some olive oil instead of the sesame seed oil , but other than that it looks pretty easy to make. Thank you Magus!

Sorry, but this made me laugh. How is it quick to make if you have to soak the chickpeas for 24-36 hours? :-)
