Servings:
SERVES 4 OR MOREJUST LIKE WHEN YOU WERE A KID! CHOCOLATELY PUDDING POPS!
Ingredients:
1 AVACADO, PITTED, CUT INTO CHUNKS
2 tablespoon RAW CAROB OR RAW CACAO POWDER, TASTE AND ADD MORE IF NEEDED
2 tablespoon AGAVE NECTAR,
YOU MIGHT NEED MORE - DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH CAROB...
Preparation:
PUT CUBED AVACADO, CAROB POWDER AND AGAVE INTO A BLENDER AND BLEND. YOU WILL HAVE TO GRADUALLY ADD WATER, LITTLE BY LITTLE. AFTER THIS IS WELL BLENDED, TASTE IT TO SEE IF YOU NEED TO ADD MORE CAROB OR AGAVE. I LIKE MINE MORE CHOCOLATEY. ONCE IT IS THE CONSISTENCY AND FLAVOR YOU WANT, POUR INTO ICE POP MOLDS. THESE ARE SO GOOD! I’M SURE YOU CAN MAKE THESE WITH ANY PUDDING RECIPE ON THIS SITE… I JUST REALLY LIKE THE CHOCOLATE PUDDING :)

Hey, I've thought of this idea myself! You can also make chocolate ice cream by freezing the mixture into ice cubes and then blending them.
