Peppermint Breakfast Cereal
Servings:
1-2

This was such a nice, refreshing morning pick-me-up that I threw together with whatever I had on hand! I'm still new to all these raw recipes, but this easy breakfast has just become one of my favorites! I'm not much for measuring so you'll have to excuse my form of "measurements".

Ingredients:

handful raw sunflower seeds
1/2 handful goji berries
2 tbs ground flaxseed
1/2 handful raw cacao nibs
4-5 large strawberries, chopped
1 banana
tons of fresh blueberries
1/2 peach, chopped
1 cup peppermint almond milk (almond milk with made tsp of peppermint instead of vanilla extract)

Preparation:

Grind flaxseed, chop all fruit to bite sized pieces, and toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour milk on top (about 1 cup) and dig in!

This was absolutely delicious, but I imagine any available fruit would work great!
