Parisian Asparagus

This is a recipe in two parts. First is the asparagus salad. Second is pickled nastursiums pods (sorry spelling). The cool thing about this recipe is that the quanity is very adjustable. You can make the vinagrette seperate, and it will last a couple weeks. Use it on other veggies too!

Thank you thank you! I have been failing miserably at preparing raw asparagus, my family members are choking it down. This sounds great! I've never heard of eating nasturtium pods, let alone pickling them. Love eating the flowers but never get to them all so we'll try it!
