Neon orange smoothie full of vit A, C and protein !

2 carrots, cut in pieces
1 orange, whole
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup soft silken tofu (optional)
Blend everything with a bit of water. In winter, it’s nice to add warm water instead of cold. Be sure to blend well, since the carrots take some time to be really liquid !
