Servings:
One Big salad for one or three small portionsI was inspired by the blue cheese recipe I found on this site, I modified it to be nut free. I had some kale as well so thought it would be a great topping for a salad.
Ingredients:
1½ cup Broccoli Stems
½ Avocado
½ clove
Garlic
1 slice Onion
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 tablespoon dill
4 Fresh Basil Leaves
Sea Salt to
Taste
1 small Tomato, Chopped
½ Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
4 Kale Leaves
Preparation:
Combine First eight ingredients in food processor adding water for desired consistency. Remove Kale from stem tearing gently into small pieces and placing in a bowl, add chopped tomatoes and red pepper. Top with half of the broccoli mixture and Enjoy!

RawDance...are broccoli sprouts sold in stores or are they something I have to sprout from broccoli seeds? I'm too lazy to look it up online..oops! But I'm not familiar with broccoli sprouts. I can only tolerate raw broccoli if I juice it first, or cover it in gobs of creamy dressing, so I'd like more info on the sprouts.

Ardesmond2: I have a hard time tolerating raw broccoli, however I do VERY well with broccoli sprouts. Have you tried those or is broccoli or any sort a no go?
