Servings:
One servingI prefer this milk over nut milks! It is quick, easy, lighter, smoother and fat free. My Kids love it. It tastes slightly banana…but not overwhelming!
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled
1 pinch sea salt
1 dash vanilla
3 ice
cubes
¼ cup water
Preparation:
Throw all in the blender and blend till frothy! Serve over Lydia’s raw cereal, or drink it from the glass! High in Enzymes! Yeah Bananas!

The second I logged in, I saw this and made it. Thank you!
I decided to make it into a chai and use what I had around: ginger and cinnamon mostly with a miniscule dash of cayenne. It's absolutely delicious.
