Servings:
approx 3-4 cups ? maybe

middle eastern nutty spread

Ingredients:

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 hand full of hemp seeds
6 soaked sun dried tomatoes
sprinkle lemon juice
1 celery stalk
1 bunch of parsley
some hot pepper
½ clove garlic
3 large green olives
kalamata olive juice (left over, lol)
sprinkle olive oil
dash salt
a few pieces of greek oregano

Preparation:

so this is basically just what i ended up making when i saw this recipe: http://www.goneraw.com/recipes/1064-falafel-balls-no-dehydrator-needed-
for falafels without a dehydrator by earthintruder

i added a lot of water to make this come out, it’s basically a pate or spread, because it wasn’t thick enough or doey enough to make into falafel balls. but just add things in as they’re listed, with water interspersed to your desired thickness

it has a very nutty and heavy spicey taste but very delicious!!
